e.g. For BASIC member who completes registration on 15 Jan, the first accumulation period starts from 15 Jan to 31 Mar. The accumulated spending has reached to $800 on 18 Jan, and the membership will be automatically upgraded to PLUS member. Within the same accumulation period, after an extra accumulate spending of $4200 has been made till 10 Mar, membership will be immediate upgrade to SUPER member.

  2. Choose the gifts / rewards and select the quantity, and then add to the basket. Press "Next" to proceed when you're done.
  3. Select your preferred collection store, and then "Confirm Redeem".
  4. A redemption confirmation email will be sent to your registered email.
  5. Please refer to the email, and collect the gifts / rewards according to the designated date and location. You are required to present the redemption confirmation email, either a printed copy or from your mobile device. Late redemption will not be accepted.
  6. If you haven't received the redemption confirmation email, please kindly check your junk mail box and spam mail folder, or contact our Customer Service Executive at 2334 7217.
  1. Terms and conditions
  2. The gifts and rewards are valid while stocks last.
  3. Once the redemption order is confirmed, membership points will be deducted. It cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded.
  4. Customers are required to present the redemption confirmation email, either a printed copy or from your mobile device for gift redemption. Late redemption will not be accepted.
  5. The Commercial Press (HK) Limited accepts no liability for quality of gift or after-sale service.
  6. All the images are only for reference.
  7. Some of the redemption gifts or rewards may out of stock, please call the selected bookstore to confirm the stock availability before redemption

  1. All discounts or promotional offers, accumulated spending and membership points will only be counted with E-card or physical membership card present, and during the transaction.
  2. Spending and membership points accumulation are recorded based on the net amount of purchase, and are not applicable to the transactions of gift certificates, gift cards, cash coupons, prepaid cards, environmental levy on plastic shopping bag and designated items.
  3. Accumulated spending and membership points recorded in system shall prevail in case of any discrepancy between data shown in online account and recorded in system. Under stable network condition, data will be posted to account within 14 working days after transaction. Yet, there might be instability in network. For any enquiries, please contact our Customer Service Enquiry Hotline.
  4. The Commercial Press accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from system and network instability.
  5. Discount offers, spending and membership points will be cancelled or deducted, if products or services are returned with our permission.
  6. Membership points cannot be redeemed as cash or counted as spending for accumulation.
  7. Membership renewal information will be sent through APP push message, email or SMS. Late applicants will be assumed to have forfeited the renewal of membership without further notification.
  8. Member should provide the correct and most updated email address and mobile phone number to us. The Commercial Press accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from any inaccurate information.
  9. Membership offers are valid at all branches of The Commercial Press (Hong Kong) Ltd.

  1. Terms and Conditions for Discount Offers of Membership Card
  2. PLUS and SUPER member with valid membership card can enjoy discount offers. Discount offers only applies to regular priced items; however, offers are not applicable to fixed price items, special price items, magazines, yellow-labelled items, gift certificates, gift cards, cash coupons, prepaid cards, environmental levy on plastic shopping bag and designated items.
  3. Membership offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers.

Loss of Membership Card

  • 【BASIC electronic barcode】
    Please log into your online account and download the electronic barcode.
  • 【PLUS / SUPER membership card】
    Please contact our Customer Service Enquiry Hotline (852) 2334 7217 for replacement of card. An administration fee of HK$50 will be charged. The new card will be arranged for collection within 4 weeks. Lost card will be inactivated immediately. The accumulated spending and membership points will be transferred to the new card. No spending or membership points will be accumulated during the period of card replacement.
